The Rossland Museum & Discovery Centre (RMDC) is seeking qualified exhibit fabrication firms to bring our newly designed exhibits to life! As part of the Phase Two Renewal Project, this opportunity will contribute to immersive, high-quality exhibitions that highlight Rossland’s mining and industrial history as well as its recreational lifestyle.

About the Opportunity
RMDC is inviting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) submissions from experienced firms to execute the fabrication and installation of new exhibits in the following areas:
✅ Mine Experience – A dynamic underground-style mine tunnel experience
✅ Assayer’s Office – Exploring historical ore analysis techniques
✅ Industrial Timeline – A digital and physical timeline of Rossland’s industries
✅ Lifestyle Island – Showcasing Rossland’s rich recreational culture
Shortlisted firms will be invited to submit a full Request for Proposals (RFP) for final selection.
Who Should Apply?
We are looking for firms with proven experience in museum-quality exhibit fabrication and installation, especially those with expertise in interactive and immersive elements. The selected team will work closely with RMDC and our exhibit designers to ensure a seamless integration of these engaging exhibits into the museum’s upgraded spaces.
